Temizuya in four steps
- Scoop water; wash left hand, then right
- Cup water in the left hand and rinse the mouth (don’t swallow or spit on the ground)
- Wash the left hand again
- Rinse the ladle handle and return it

Offerings and wording
Prefer a concrete, humble wish—“income that matches my work”—over “make me rich.” Many choose a 5-yen coin (go-en, a good connection) or 15 yen.
After the visit, draw a water omikuji to notice how your money mood has shifted.
